100 Hour interval inspect V-band couplings using dye penetrant or 10 power magnifying glass
for cracks or damage to the spot welds and segments or any other damage
inspect turbocharger and tailpipe coupling for proper mating and cracks
remove any carbon deposits from mating surfaces before reassembly
Reassemble coupling per Piper service bulletin 644C dated 12/3/1985
